    It's not entirely black and white, although in this circumstance it is. I'm really not sure why gender dysmorphia is the only ailment of the brain treated as a physical rather than mental illness. Why change the body, when the mind is clearly at issue? I agree, that this is grossly against the spirit of the sport, You wouldn't have non-disabled athletes competing at the paralympics because they identified as disabled. This is a man with voluntary body modification. End of story, it doesn't make him a woman.

    Where it gets cloudy, is with genuine grey areas, such as those born XXY. A natural advantage against pure XX competitors for certain, and clearly and identifiably functional female.
