Where it gets cloudy, is with genuine grey areas, such as those born XXY. A natural advantage against pure XX competitors for certain, and clearly and identifiably functional female.

If this is the same guy/gal from a couple of months ago, he stated that he would not be having any "mod" surgery and would only be taking drugs. All he has to do is stop taking the drugs and he's a guy again/still
