Introduce a totally nonsensical meme - all cultures and races can peacefully coexist in all European nations ( but of course no others), there is no difference between heterosexual marriage and same-sex marriage, gender depends on inclination, centre-right voters are literally Nazis, etc etc and pump it out consistently via the captive media, entertainment and education institutions and before long it is accepted "truth".
For an illogical and irrational social or political system to be introduced, implemented and maintained, there is a basic requirement for an extraordinarily committed and pragmatic leadership.
