clearly a penile implant, prosthesis or construction (as you pic showed) doesn't include testes or a prostate gland. therefore sterility is likely (extremely likely). they now have pumps to deliver an erection but orgasm would be improbable and ejaculation impossible.... nothing to ejaculate.
I found the pic interesting because I'd only seen such in medical journals before today. that one was clearly a selfie. looked like a clean construction, skin taken from the thigh, significant swelling so its probably taken in hospital maybe two/three days after the procedure, no catheter so likely passing urine ok... pretty neatly sewn. good job. probably cost a fair bit for the microsurgery to attach nerves and blood vessels, plus a prosthetic pump insertion.
the ones I'd seen before were replacing lost penises. was this for a woman to become a man? or a replacement job for a man? do you know?
