Sorry Scott I might've come in a bit in the middle, but can I ask you to clarify that please? Supporting personal autonomy, I get that, and/but you're against TGSP (new acronym!). How do you fall if a person 'decides' they want TGSP? Which of your two statements wins out? Also, does the outcome change dependent on age? (also p.s., youre a nurse right?)
