Yes - applying the Republican battle cry of free market & no subsidies would see the end of the Viagra Handout & thus save much more.

The $40m that was spent on Viagra in the US military in 2015 would (at say $450,000 ea) buy nearly 90 Generals a 2016 Lamborghini Aventador.

But rather than curtailing any military entitlements, why not just ask the President to say at home for 2 weekends?

He could read a book, do some gardening, play with the kids etc etc.
