Do you suppose that they might be looking for a buyer? Theyre doing an extensive amount of promotional work especially given that they have just completed an oversubscribed placement. Europe, South Africa, site visits, conference in China? maybe too large a resoucre for a small company and given the politcial uncertainty they may want to get rid of it. large companies may be more willing to sit on for a longer period of time awaiting legislative change on uranium mining. as a company they are leveraged to the deposit and if the current press reports are true then they cant really progress the project and havent got any others
