translation please

All looks on track :

Mikron line close to installation.
Pharmas queuing up.
Can anyone help me interpret what Big Al was saying in the quote from the Annual Report below ;

"Despite having several unique advantages over currently available products,the Unitract 1mL syringes face significant competition from a number of large and established companies."

I hope my initial thoughts are wrong ...a second opinion may help.
Don't tell me Big Al has given those "downrampers "that dared suggest the 1ml wasn't selling may have been on the money.
Hell , perhaps B&D and Co aren't going to play friendly after all.
And yes I already know that it isn't the main game b4 I get reminded.
Sometimes it is useful to have a balanced view.
