The Health bill has not suddenly popped up in the last 10 days so why do you think he/she has suddenly changed his/her sentiments?Someone who used to talk of share price of $20, $50 is now talking about a share price of $4.5. Surely you have to question his/her motives.
As per the message i just posted, US healthcare stocks actually went up as the market saw Democrats losing the crucial seat as a positive to healthcare stocks.
Also, over the last week, Cochlear's share price actually went up a little and CSR's share price was more or less flat.
