Yes indeed, they have one hell of a deal.
Could end up with close to a controlling stake. Board membership soon for these guys if there is a CR at anywhere close to current prices.
However there appears to be only 2 or 3 of us that are concerned about this mob. The documentation for the loan is very complex and in general LYC state in their reports that 'the customary conditions are in place' - sounds so normal when reading ti quickly.
