I forwarded my Notice of Transmutation to Link in early July and...

I forwarded my Notice of Transmutation to Link in early July and the shares have not turned up in my newly established Commsec international account. So i rang Link and they advised that the Transmutation form had been processed on July 8. I then contacted Commsec International and they asked if i had filled out an ACAT and DRS form to bring the shares into my account. Just wondering if anybody else has gone down this path (sent Transmutation form to Link not knowing about the ACAT and DRS forms) and if they did, what is the best way to get it sorted. ( via Link or your broker) Any assistance would be very much appreciated. Regards, Rocket.

PS Any recommended contact names at either Link or Commec International who have helped them would also be most appreciated.
