Dear Shareholder,
Enclosed herewith is an Appendix 3Y relating to recent trading activity undertaken by
Transocean Securities Pty Ltd (?Transocean?), a company associated with our Chairman,
Mr James Henderson.
In February 2011 Transocean exercised approximately 39.8 million 6.5 cent options,
subscribing for approximately 39.8 million ADO shares representing a subscription amount
of approximately $2.6 million which contributed significantly to the financial security that
Anteo currently enjoys.
You will be aware that recently Transocean have sold a large proportion of these shares
issued. I have discussed these selling volumes with Mr Henderson, and I am pleased to
inform the market that Transocean has indicated that on-market selling in relation to this
option exercise is now substantially complete.
Mr Henderson re-iterated that he has always been, and remains a strong supporter of the
Company and has expressed great confidence in our present strategy and future commercial
prospects.
