Geoff I am sure was telling the truth when he said they were close....but the other side might have said we want to do a deal but at xx price, which was a lot lower than what Geoff and the board think it is worth.

Now before the HC 'only way is up' team get into me, why else would a director sell so many. A look at Trans and a chat with Sydney people in the know suggests that Trans is not on its last 10c.

I am not saying that they do not have a deal but rather maybe in the tough world of negotiation 101 the board is faced with an offer that does not meet expectations. After all if you were on the other side of the negotiations how mush would you offer up?
