Looks like the battle lines are drawn. US-based Nestor are sueing Transol for patent infringement, and Transol are counter-sueing, claiming that the patent is not valid. That's probably as clear an admission as you could get that Transol think they are infringing Nestor's patent.
TNC suggested that the case had been thrown out early on. Actually, the US judge merely said that business could continue in the interim, until the case goes to court, which is apparently likely to be in a few weeks.
This situation consumes a huge amount of senior management time, as well as that of expensive lawyers. Nestor does not have a lot of cash, but then neither does Transol, so one of them could go to the wall over this. For the sake of the local TNC holders, I hope it is not Transol!
