The Transol quarterly report conspicuously fails to give any indication of the status of the patent action with Nestor, or even to mention that Transol have claimed the patent is invalid.

The only reference is a repeat of the statement that Nestor was denied a "preliminary injunction to prevent the company from selling elements of its camera system".

If Nestor are going to get anything, they had better move fast. The report showed that Transol burnt up $1.6m - a third of their cash - in the quarter, and that revenue from customers was the princely sum of $75K!
