If there is enough support from VML shareholders for the Board to implement the measures outlined in the linked article, lets demonstrate that by making supporting comments here, (but please, lets keep them positive and constructive rather than just having a whinge) and then forward a submission to the Board asking for it to note our concern and to then implement the measures for the AGM.
Streaming of the AGM is a first priority, allowing questions to be submitted (and answered), second, followed closely by a transcript, are my suggestions.
