Yes, there are some corrupt nations out there.
However, as rated by the UN, Angola is in the 10th percentile and getting better (certainly not ranked in the top 10!).
The 10th percentile is certainly not fantastic, but certainly not in the top ten of most corrupt nations!
Something tells me you are either full of manure or have an alternate agenda?
Angola does not rate a mention in the latest corruption report. And is rated at 147 out of 179 for corruption.
The interesting thing here is seeing how Angola is actually improving in this way - while being the 22nd most corrupt nation in the world is by no means fantastic, it is a lot better than being in the top 10 only five years ago.
Below are UN statistics for various African neighbours and similarly rated international bretheren.
Angola
Nigeria
Kenya
DR Congo
Congo
Zimbabwe
Indonesia
Namibia
Zambia
Gabon
Cameroon
Mexico
Papua New Guinea
Russia
Turkey
I find it quite funny - using actual real figures and reports you may have made a point. Now you just look silly.
