clearly you guys have no concept of sovereign risk have never worked in international trade and do not understand the premiums associated to finance that risk in nations such as angola.


i don't know if you have read the ann. the financing is being done by the angolans themselves ,cant see them doing themselves down of a golden opportunity , of forwarding world class projects to completion , and also giving cvi the opportunity to grow with them , i think its a very smart move by MS, well thought out , three angolans from pensador to come onto cvi board, cant ask for better
