I want to invest in this business BUT I have the following concerns:
- no transparency in the accounting. you can't see the profitability of the solar farms because the business is investment entity accounted
- huge debt and minimal income yet they paid a dividend
- poor publicity in less managers

what do others think?

it feels like we don't have sufficient information to make an informed decision. the P&L is basically interest income from loans and unrealized gains on the valuation of each investment. it's bizzare
