M&G and Vanguard and Prudential

Yes folks, I have checked today with CDU and am notified that they are one and the same. Vanguard owns M&G and Prudential. They are all funds and hold stock in their own names.
I agree that it is not exactly "transparent" .
The tranparency obviously only applies to small players not the big ones. Combined and under the same umbrella they hold around 34m shares out of 188m shares or around 18% of CDU . However, by putting in small individiual holdings, one would think no-one has 18%.... This should not be allowed as anyone looking at it would not know that the one company has three holdings that amount to 18%...
