Transphobic?

I was wondering how one can be accused of being transphobic? which is already happening.
If one refuses to go on a blind date with someone after they find out the female they are to go out with is really a male ( which they feel they are not) because they act and dress has a female but still have a penis and the way its going will his be law one day. The reason I'm asking is the way the world is heading we seem to listen to all the opinions of humans stable or not. the way planet earth is headed is this a smart move ?maybe it is we are smart beings after all are we not. If humans are so smart why are we the only mammals /animals that go around saying we are male, female, both, neither, and every thing in-between. There no doubt in my mind soon some will say they're identify will being a hippo I can hear people laughing but give us humans a bit more time and we will have people saying anything imaginable. We are humans - nothing is impossible I guess.
