This article sounds like our last hope, an array of BCB plants in the Powder River Basin of Wyoming, won't become reality in the next decade due to a lack of transport capacity to the proposed export terminals on the West Coast which by the way will also require a couple of years to be built once these projects are actually kicked off: http://crosscut.com/2012/07/12/coal-ports/109550/coal-ports-trains-seattle-edmonds-bellingham/?page=single

So what prospects are left for WEC? Indonesia is dead, the highly praised JVs in South Africa haven't been proceeding despite we are being told for 5 or 6 quarters that it would happen during the current quarter, there are no air permits for the US and even if they came there are neither export terminals nor transport capacity to ship briquettes and lastly the SACL deposit would require billions of dollars to be developed and decades to amortize.
Any idea on how this company could create shareholder value?
