anyone have any idea what the delay could be? all here know I have skin in the game but the glass half empty side of me thinks maybe the initial scoping study was poor and so they asked for a report on how that could change once the new road and rail are upgraded. obviously they can only report on infrastructure already available which could mean it looks bad without considering the road upgrade in progress. ??
