Think the argy bargy has been and gone with ML's being undermined and ASX was obliged by those self serving individuals for accidently showing the vanilla log trays without formal analysis (you recall that don't you Oz?...tray upon tray upon tray...nearly fell over when I saw how many there were...) previously ending up with AVZ getting a slap and Fergs having to gag ML.
Sooo...given that experience...and with Fergs now at the wheel and the entreupener seemingly out of the picture...I don't see any reason why the SS hasn't been sent through as a "preliminary" draft as a precautionary measure of course...better safe than sorry right? Personally think it a very sound and professional risk management strategy (have personally employed same tactic on many occassions in my own professional capacity) for the ASX to review and provide any comment and their blessing prior to submission...don't you? I mean we all know how many vultures/ravens/parasites are lurking around this mighty stock on the ol' social media...why take any risk for something as important as this ann which should (if all goes well) reinstate the confidence that has been tested since Morgan Stanley grifted the Lithium space?
Anyway...one way or the other doesn't matter much to me about a delay...can wait a day or a month...long as they come up with the goods (and it seems they will fromthe * comments)...seems plenty more anns to follow and we need a little time for those that exited in fear to gather their thoughts before they and the new investors start entering in volume again once they realise they were taken by the Morgan Stanley scam. On that point reccomend reading some of airconditioner's posts over at GXY re the whole sector pull down...really good stuff (not that we havn't our fair share of excellent researchers here...and absolutely no x-promo by the way...not holding...but basically believe upside potential here from these levels is way way higher...so no hate mail please from GXY holders...it's always on my radar at producer level...mucho respect!).
