Where does 63% of the worlds cobalt come from? Thats right DRC! So you could equate that to 63% of the worlds batteries are made from DRC minerals. How much is coming from Australian mines?
Mining & Transport solutions is what the Chinese excel at. How many chinese owned and operated mines are in the DRC?
This map below is a little outdated but conveys the message!
In May 2016 Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold (NYSE:FCX) announced the sale of its Tenke Fungurume copper mine in the Democratic Republic of the Congo to China Molybdenum (CMOC) for $2.65 billion,
And that is just copper and cobalt. How about all the other minerals?
