    Yeh I believe you.. they hide your invoices from you and then send you an overdue notice with a $1000 fine attached to it after never sending you reminders

    I'm sure there are ways of tracking your invoices.. guessing an app, website, paper invoices sent to your postal address.

    It's pretty obvious people are lazy, ignore 10 notices sent to their home and then complain on the 11th notice when they increase the fees/take legal action.
