Called the number and was answered in 25 min

Kept being asked to hold and your call is being, I wish I knew what she said.

Not Australian response.

Finally spoke to a nice girl in the Philippines and we were both confused as to the condition of my account.

So turns out one beep is correct as positive balance in account.

Not had much luck with this company over the years sorry to say.

They love taking our money but don;t like employing Australian people.

Maybe they can't afford it.

I am sure there would be fewer angry people here if phones were answered in Australia and the language barrier did not exist.

Oh I was not angary but nice.
