saying the share price has anything to do with the quality of this stock shows how little you know. Centro has returned excellent dividence and has proven to have high occupancy rates. Centro is more about paying down debit they have borrowed due to the credit crunch. This is not unfamilar to other property trust just centro has alot more and since they where one of the first to run into trobble where well covered and beat down by the media. GPT etc have similar problems. Its the nature of the current credit market.
