Toombul..is in one of the best areas in Brisbane..Clayfield.the real estate is very expensive in this area...so having commercial property there is good..but soon it needs money spent on it as it has aged a little..but whatever someone says about it..it still worth in th $100 million mark...I hold CER...in total CNP and CER are well undervaled..CER NTA $1.63...and selling at 37cents...still very cheap..Swap has the best knowledge on this stock..his posts are worth to read....CER all shares of 80% is owned by 20 shareholders...now I wonder..and CNP owns 51% of CER...and Deutsche Bank just bought over 10% of CER...and spent a bucket full of $$$....so why moan..in 12 months time the ones who bought will have some $$$ to spent...in the meantime I hold..and sit
