Every utterance by a Govt minister on any topic invariably and quicky degenerates into a negative small-minded rant about Abbott. He has seriously messed with their heads.

A senior Govt minister who again can't respect the basics of civil public discourse - like at your local Parents and Citizens meeting, surf club AGM etc. Unfit to govern!
