Obdurate I thought you had to be convicted before you could tag someone as a criminal. Secondly by the standard you set in your statement above you have basically disqualified Tony Abbott in terms of eligibility for the Prime Ministership or Ministry.

After all Abbott is a master of crude language based on past performance.
