From an opportunity cost stand point I agree that there are stocks that could offer higher returns in the short-term (but are you astute enough to find them?)... You say there is plenty of movement elsewhere but the all ords is only up 1.31% (8%YTD) this month, the cash rate and bond yields are at record lows (<2%) ... Don't forget to factor in your time and effort spent finding alternate investments.. I personally don't have time to sit around trying to play the market for couple pips here and there.
Who knows? The SP may or may not go under $4 in short-term. What I know is that this company has plenty of growth potential.. There's only a month until (likely positive) material news regarding phase II.. I would hold to reassess my position at that point in time.
Anyway it all comes down to your risk tolerance, investment objectives and time horizon.. GL
