If there has been mismanagement of funds and expenses time to get the boot out before it gets worse....
Fark $3/4M in a quarter they didn't spend that in years prior to the CR...
CR's are to bring company forward NOT to let the director's live a free all expenses paid lifestyle.
Company income ZERO $$$, expenses way too much... They need clarification as thats BS...
