I wonder when the directors set this little deal up for themselves. Were they travelling back and forth to the US at shareholders expense at the time. Would like to know when they leveraged themselves into a position to put this deal to NEO. Wonder how much profit is in it for them. They dont have much invested in NEO. Wonder if the profits from this deal ,if it goes thru exceeds their capital invested in NEO. If so whose interests is this in. KAIN writes lots of big flowery words to sell this but very sketchy on the details. They've lost me , I will wait too see what OPL does with SELH and then of there is a spike I am out.
