Our insurance won't cover anything terrorist. So death by terrorism wouldn't be covered, I think. But what in particular are you worried about? Cancellation of flights? Accommodation? Cos to be directly affected you'd have to be incredibly unlucky. So unlucky I'm surprised it isn't covered.
