As an expat who spent the last few years in a high terror attack zone almost all of us used Clements. They are an international insurance house. May not do specific travel insurance (never needed it because of international health insurance through employer and also the Clements contents insurance).
To be honest though, I've taken 60 flights - 50 international flights in the last 3 years and spend three months each year travelling for fun and might have gotten travel insurance once. I'm just not convinced most people need it.
