Casino license in Vietnam is as rare as hen's teeth. land value in Vietnam has gone off the roof over the past 5-10 years. The Lao Cai region Sapa mountain is designated as one of the top tourist destination for Northern Vietnam.. I can't see Aristo valued less than USD $60mn.

From what i heard Vietnam is trialing a system to allow local to play at the casino. After 3 years, they will evaluate and roll out the program.. Aristo 40 table gaming license could be worth a lot of money if Vietnam allow local to enter the casino.

As for Thailand, there is never never any chances of the Thai government ever allowing casino to be open in Thailand.. Poipet will remain the go to place for Thai
