with or without vaccine, Star Vegas will be back only again.. it is just a matter of when ?? and whether there will be another round of cap raise ? or
issuing of convertable notes, or flogging off Aristo ?
Personally, i'd like to see DNA selling off Aristo for USD $60mn, then use the money to pay off megabank and initiate a share buyback. This fit in with Somboon wish of keeping Star Vegas only, the buy back will also mean Somboon’s percentage holding increases without him paying one extra cents. For retail holders, a stock buy-back mean the stock will trade at or near NTA. For ASM, they can flog off their holdings at reasonable price.
