- Annual report presentation

- Appointment of CEO

- Appointment of Chairman (not that significant, more like appointment of puppet)

- Thailand decision regarding emergency decree for 31 August.

Possible left-field announcement in the next 3 – 6 months

- Selling Aristo casino

(if the above happen, then expect a share buy-back)

- ASM exiting DNA (although I don’t think they will exit at 3.5 cents). Maybe at 10 cents. In any case, if another institution is willing to pay ASM, 10 cents per share. Then market will likely adjust accordingly. Maybe 8-10 cents on market buy

- Unless ASM, have already signed a contract to sell the shares to Somboon. Sometime back in March and haven’t yet reveal this deal to the market. in which case, It would be nice to know how much Somboon pay for the shares.
