Difficult to sell Aristo when nobody can travel. Buyers are unlikely to be locals imo and with the VN gov. holding 10%, i'm not sure they'd want a Chinese company buying the other 90%.

They trust russian technology to protect them from China and America.

I think the most salient export the west gave them was Agent Orange.
