Compare to to May 2020, when we don’t know when or if there will be a vaccine or treatment.
we now have a good idea of when vaccine will be available, and some effective treatment for the disease.
This should mean that, banks should now be more willing to refinance loan. Because they know, by this time next year. We’ll all be back to normal.
Also, real estate assets could now be sold at reasonable price, instead of fire sale. since there is now light at the end of the tunnel.
pity, the current share price don’t reflect these vaccine optimism.. not yet, but it should soon. The vaccines optimism can’t be ignore for too long..
