I don't see why our Thai vendor would do anything to to benefit minority shareholders. Why? The closed borders are perfect for him, the longer they stay shut the better. I wouldn't be surprised if he lobbies for them to stay shut. Even once the borders reopen, what is the motivation to turn on the lights at the casinos? As far as I see it, there is huge incentive for him to run DNA into the ground. He can then save us by either (1) underwriting a 3 cent capital raising, or better still (2) a 3 cent takeover.
The fundamental problem is that his incentives are not align with ours.
I don't see why our Thai vendor would do anything to to benefit...
