    Is there a greater incentive for him than to create the opportunity to buy out the remaining 58% at $20 million? I don't see it. Why should he share even $1 with us? Why?

    I hold shares and its not profitable for me to say this but IMO DNA is uninvestable at any price because the biggest incentive for him is to screw the minority investors. And I don't underestimate the power of incentives.
