Sure I completely agree that the casinos are worth multiples of the current market cap. But for minority shareholders to get a sniff of this value, it requires the Thai Vendor to do things which are NOT in his best interest (it is in his best interest to screw us). Your upside depends on his charity and his past actions don't suggest that he is too charitable.
On paper it "appears" to be undervalued but in reality it is uninvestable.
