ASM got screwed on the Cambodian lease arbitration. They bought before that verdict, I presume they assumed that was not a risk. Previous managment subsequently explained the situation. The whole rent refusal thing was ridiculous, if true. That impaired the value of Star Vegas and forced the 'pragmatic' settlement, helped along by Covid.
