Thai have been allowing cambodian to cross over the border and return on the same day without quarantine.

hence that is why i suspect, Star Vegas Casino is open.. to allow for Thai “businessmen” to cross over the border and return on the same day, without any quarantine.

of course, the authority will not advertise this, and the junkets select only VIP players.

gambling on thailand soil is illegal, police can’t turn a blind eye forever.. However, crossing over the border for “legitimate business” is ok, seems same day travel crossing the border is allow for VIP.


below is the video of the same trip, but from cambodia cross over to thailand.. seems maybe just a quick temperature check, then they’re on their way again.. no quarantine waiting for swab test results.. etc..
