Need 10% of company to block compulsory acquisition?
An on-market takeover bid would be interesting, however after the next capital raise if vendor underwrites, likely over 50% ownership and control anyways. Also Vendor would need to pay a lot higher than a few cents for ASM's stake to get over 90% you'd think.
