yes, today price is 3.8 cents. However, top 20 hold 88% of shares. These are held tight, they are not going to let these go unless price is above at least 6-7 cents. Free float is only 11% of total shares.

don't think we can get another 37 million shares at 3.5 cents, and there is no way i am not going to pay 7 cents per share
