yes, today price is 3.8 cents. However, top 20 hold 88% of shares. These are held tight, they are not going to let these go unless price is above at least 6-7 cents. Free float is only 11% of total shares.

don't think we can get another 37 million shares at 3.5 cents, and there is no way i am not going to pay 7 cents per share

Is there a law that require a person who signed the document at the location stated in the document? Even if that is the case, what significance is the chairman located in Sydney to the business?

You are reading everything that you think is a positive to the share price. It is coming down you have plenty of chance to acquire more.
