put it simply.last month, the covid plane was still in flight. turbulence, Don’t know when we will land.This month.. with vaccine announcements, plane has landed. Just waiting to taxi to to arrival gate.won’t surprise me if banks now, jumping heads over heels, wanting to loan money to Donaco. With so much stimulus cash out there, price for hard assets like land and properties will surely increase. Banks more confident, accepting properties as collateral.
